  • SYNDICATE BANK officers quarters in North boag road and south boag road as Phase 1,2 and 3. Around 120 Apartments under the Architects M/S C.R.Narayana Rao Consultants.
  • GOOD SHEPERED CONVENT SCHOOL, Kinder Garden Block and Stadium in the play ground.
  • PARK HOTEL complex with commercial complex GEMINI TOWERS of total 4.5 lakhs Sqft civil work was executed under Architects M/S SAM B IRANI.
  • STATE BANK OF INDIA building in Kasthuribai Nagar, Adayar was constructed by us under the Architects M/S Katakam Associates, Hyderabad.
  • Former Chief Secretary of Tamil Nadu Mr.Ram Mohan Rao, residence was constructed by us at Anna nagar under the Architects M/S Jamal.
  • 85 Bed room hotel near Anna statue, mount road was constructed by us under the Architects Mr.Audiseshaia M/S Srinivasa Enterprises.
  • MES RAZEENA Matriculation School, Kilpauk one full New block was constructed by us.
  • On GST Road at Madhuranthakkam, new high way restaurant of around 10kSft was constructed by us as a turnkey project to our client and which is occupied by M/S MRUGAN IDLI SHOP.
  • AMAZON ware house of 25000 Sft constructed as a turnkey project for our clients Mr.BOHRA and family.
  • Ongoing projects 12k sft Residential at Chetpet which is nearing completion, 8k Sft Apartment project in T Nagar which is near completion, 10k Sft commercial office complex at Chetpet under the Architects M/S Space Studio, Chennai work progressing.
  • The Canara Bank building at director's colony, Kodambakkam, chennai-24
  • The Murugan Idly highway restaurant at Maduranthagam.
